1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 777ph ("777ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 777ph online gaming platform accessible at 777ph.app and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 777ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 777ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777ph login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 777ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 777ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

777ph may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("KYC") at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawals, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or when required by applicable regulations. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as may be made available on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your 777ph account balance in real time. Deposits via bank transfer may take additional processing time depending on the sending institution. 777ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully verified; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance; and (d) the withdrawal must be processed to a payment method registered in your name. 777ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

777ph is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where required by law. Players must not use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

777ph offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion and may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• 777ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploitation of technical errors, or collusion, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, engage in any of the following conduct while using the 777ph Platform:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Register or maintain more than one account on the Platform;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or 777ph's systems or networks;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploit any technical error, bug, or vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engage in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse 777ph staff, customer support agents, or other players;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software;
• Use the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777ph Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform ("Intellectual Property"), is owned by or licensed to 777ph and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform; (b) modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) use any 777ph trademarks or logos without prior written consent; or (d) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of 777ph's Intellectual Property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

777ph strives to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 777ph shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform downtime or interruptions.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All games on the 777ph Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics. 777ph does not guarantee any particular outcome in any game. Gaming involves risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds wagered.

8.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777ph, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 777ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.4 Maximum Liability

In any event, 777ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

777ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings after completing your 777ph login.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Limits: You may set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Suspension by 777ph

777ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) you have provided false or misleading information; (d) you have failed to complete required KYC verification; or (e) such action is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

10.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination will be handled as follows: (a) if termination is due to your breach of these Terms, 777ph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance; (b) if termination is initiated by you or by 777ph for reasons unrelated to your breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 777ph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests are subject to the settlement of any pending transactions and completion of applicable verification procedures.

11. Amendments to These Terms

777ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the 777ph Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.3 above.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 777ph arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 777ph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.
